Before you write

A few things people ask most often — might save you a round trip.

How quickly do you respond?
Most messages get a reply within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Failed audits and billing problems are prioritized first.
Where do I find an audit I already ran?
Every audit you launch is in Audit History. Completed audits include a downloadable PDF report and a Delete action.
How do audit credits work?
One credit runs one full audit against one tenant, and credits never expire.
I think I found a security issue in M365Audit itself.
Use the form above and choose the "Security concern" category. We treat those reports with priority and follow up on the disclosure timeline.
Can I audit a tenant I don’t own?
No. Only audit tenants you are authorized to assess. Audits run read-only through admin-consented Microsoft Graph permissions, and no configuration is changed. See the ethical-use details in our Help Center.
How long does an audit take?
Most audits finish in a few minutes, depending on tenant size and the Graph permissions granted. Audits run in the background, so you can close the console — the report appears in Audit History when it's done.
My audit failed or shows no findings.
A failed audit is usually a missing Graph permission or a consent that wasn't granted. Check the preflight results on the tenant and re-grant admin consent for any missing scopes. A failed audit doesn't use a credit. More in the troubleshooting guide.
How do I delete an audit?
Open Audit History and click Delete on any audit to permanently remove it, including its report. Deletion can’t be undone.
Do you offer pricing for MSPs / MSSPs?
Yes — we offer volume pricing for managed providers running audits across multiple clients. Request a meeting.
